HYROX Tactical Online is a structured training program built around what actually decides HYROX performance: engine development, sled strength, station efficiency, and repeatable pacing. You’ll build the aerobic base to hold your run pace, the strength to make sleds and carries feel lighter, and the station skill to avoid blowing up mid-race.
Each week blends:
Aerobic base (Zone 2) to improve recovery and endurance
Threshold + interval work to sharpen 1K repeatability
Station strength (sled push/pull, carries, lunges, wall balls) so output stays high under fatigue
Race-specific “compromised” sessions (run/erg + stations) to practice transitions and pacing
Mobility + tendon care to keep knees/Achilles/hips/shoulders healthy through volume
