Pickleball - Performance & Injury Prevention Program
This program is a performance-based pickleball program designed to make you faster to the ball, harder to beat in transition, and more durable week after week. We blend pickleball-specific footwork and decision-making with strength training, power development, and joint-prep/injury prevention so you can play more, recover better, and keep improving without the usual aches.
This isn’t random workouts or “just drilling.” Every session has a purpose: build quick feet + clean braking, improve rotational power, and strengthen the tissues that take the most abuse in pickleball—knees, Achilles/calves, hips/adductors, shoulders, and elbows.
Best for:
Players who want to move better (speed, balance, braking, change of direction)
Anyone dealing with recurring knee/Achilles/shoulder/elbow issues
Competitive players who want better performance without overtraining
What you’ll train:
Footwork + agility: split-step timing, lateral movement efficiency, NVZ transition, braking → re-acceleration
Strength + power: lower-body strength, rotational power, trunk stiffness, grip
Injury prevention (ATG-style durability): ankles/calves, tibialis, knees, hips/adductors, shoulder/scap control, elbow/forearm resilience
Conditioning: repeatable effort so your feet and decision-making stay sharp late in games
Includes:
Coached classes built around performance + durability
Weekly workouts available online (so you always know what to do)
Scaling for all levels, with clear regressions/progressions
Optional Add-On:
Progression Feedback Coaching — log your workouts (and optional video) and we’ll tell you what loads/variations to use next week so you keep progressing without guessing.
