What do I need to start?

After checkout you’ll get a short intake. You’ll send:

  • Basic stats + training background

  • Goal + timeline + any limitations

  • Equipment + schedule

  • A few photos (simple angles, arms hanging straight down) and optional measurements

What is the Body Analysis?

It’s a leverage/structure breakdown using your photos + stats (limb/torso proportions, shoulder/hip tendencies). Outcome: we stop guessing and start choosing the lifts and loads that give you the highest ROI.

What’s the Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 lift map?

  • Tier 1: your money lifts — highest return for your build/goal

  • Tier 2: support lifts — drive Tier 1 up

  • Tier 3: fillers — plug gaps without stealing recovery

What does “Dashboard Updates” mean?

It’s recommended every 12 weeks but when done we will recalibrate your control panel:

  • Updated strength levels & targets (L1–L10)

  • Updated conditioning standards

  • Updated Tier map (as needed)

  • New “next goals” + mission for the next block

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — upgrade from Online Coaching to the Quarterly Update tier anytime.

Do you include nutrition?

The dashboard includes calorie/macro/hydration/sleep targets tied to your goal. If you want ongoing nutrition accountability, add it at checkout (optional).
