Dink Tactical is our performance training class built especially for pickleball players β whether you're a weekend warrior or tournament regular. The goal is to help you play stronger, move better, and avoid injuries.
What You Get
2 live group classes per week in person, with expert coaching in small groups
Strength, agility, balance & injury prevention drills designed for pickleball that carry over to actual play
Programming through the TrainHeroic app: at-home injury prevention, mobility & recovery sessions, guided warm-ups, strength/agility work, progress tracking, and demo videos
Scalable for all fitness levels; special focus on knee + shoulder health, stability, and court-readiness
