All of these workouts are done by people around the nation and track everyone's data if they so choose to. For those more on the competitive side you can actually view everyone else's scores they got on the workout that day! These workouts are updated week to week. You’ll likely never do the same workout again.

In/Off Season Athlete (Two different workouts)-

In Season session which focuses on Power and Explosiveness which allow the athlete to grow and develop movement but stay fresh for the game.

Off Season session is GPP(General Physical Preparedness) focused on building the base of strength & conditioning in order to properly prepare the body for the season to come.

Tactical Athlete

Tactical Athletes are hybrid athletes required to train concurrently in order to keep their bodies ready for the worst in a moments notice. In regards to career this track would be pointed at our military and first responder members but everyone is welcome to excel with our front line.

Powerbuilding

This track is for our strength connoisseurs and is arranged in a way to develop strength with not only the barbell but the body. No stone is left unturned with this track.

Garage Gym Special

This specialized track focuses on GPP and demonstrates the ability to perform with minimal equipment that a typical home gym would have.
